Wenn Sie auch Mitglied werden möchten, klicken Sie einfach hier.   I am primarily researching my paternal (Staiert) and maternal (Loeffelholz) lineages.  However, my research has uncovered several, as yet, unanswered questions that I am pursuing.  For example: My Loeffelholz lineage appears to have very little variation in the spelling of the name.  However, the Staiert lineage appears to have many variations including, but not limited to: Staiert, Steiert, Stayert, Steyert, and Stiert. My main tree "Staiert Family Forest" tracks my Staiert/Loeffelholz lineage.  I have taken a broad brush approach and have followed many side branches to see if they lead back to my direct lineage, with many false trails.On February 18, 2018, I started a second tree "Steiert Family Tree" in this tree I am adding many disjointed lineages.  Using the known variations of the Staiert name I am searching for records here in the US and attempting to find linkages back to Germany to see if I can connect these lines.  For the most part I intend for this tree to remain fairly true to the Staiert lineage and will only follow a marital line of interest to my broader search.     Enjoy!
